I'd like to offer feedback on numerous service interactions I have had with Neal Hickey who is a Service Writer. Neal extends himself beyond what I'm used to receiving. He must be checking his ema interactions I have had with Neal Hickey who is a Service Writer. Neal extends himself beyond what I'm used to receiving. He must be checking his email often because he responds so quickly. I feel like the content is very accurate. I've often come to realize that Neal makes special trips to speak to the Technician along with sending fast photos to reinforce. I also appreciate his manner. He never loses his cool no matter how busy I can tell the atmosphere there is. Neal will be my choice for all future needs. More

Thanks to Scott I was able to get my van in for service before a several month trip. The mechanic ( didn’t get their name) spotted two additional issues that were repaired also.
