The service at the Mercedes Scarborough, Maine location had gone downhill. I have been taking both of my cars there for service for the past eight years and the service I had yesterday was terrible which had gone downhill. I have been taking both of my cars there for service for the past eight years and the service I had yesterday was terrible which was disappointing. I was told the appointment would take 2 hours, initially I was going to wait and ended up going to a meeting. Nine hours later my car was ready. The communication between the scheduler and the service department wasn’t in sync and when I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my car to be ready, I had to initiate getting my car. The service advisor was just casually talking with his colleagues. More
