NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, after trying to negotiate a finance deal on a Used MB which took 5 days 12 phone calls and 1 ONE !!!!! Even after I called and left a message for the General Manager Hugh Peeples (941) 308-6007 to call me ! Even he can't return a call - It’s so unbelievable it’s on some level funny! Oh and considering we just bought a new MB from another Florida MB dealer who went over and beyond assistance, we should of gone back to them but we just thought all MB dealers would have a high standard of customer care - well certainly NOT MERCEDES BENZ OF SARASOTA!
