I had just visited the Mercedes Benz dealership in Gainesvil The above 3 individuals made my dream of owning a Mercedes Benz Sprinter a reality. I had just visited the Mercedes Benz dealership in Gainesville, FL the day before. Incredibly, they wanted me to pay 20-30% down payment. My credit score was good, not great, but I thought this way too much, and certainly unattainable at present for me. Frankly, I was a little perturbed and very discouraged. I know I needed the Sprinter for my business and would fail miserably without it. By some influence of fate, I searched out Sprinters on the internet and came across the Mercedes Benz dealership in Sarasota. Well, I thought to myself, "What do I have to lose"? So, I called the number and Mr Hajal answered. I told him my situation, automotive needs, and unfruitful experience at the MB dealership in Gainesville, FL. He said he'll try to make it happen. And, lo and behod, it was so! As if I won the lottery! Well, it turns out it was a stroke of good luck, and a win/win situation. The Sarasota MB dealership needed to liquidate their inventory of 2010 MB Sprinters and I needed to buy one. Well, as you guessed, this was a match made in Heaven. The 2010 MB Sprinter was new and had a price reduction of about $6,000, which immediately became equity in the vehicle. If you use your imagination, you can see that the banks can use that equity as a downpayment. Combine this with my $1,000 downpayment, and $1,500 generous trade in allowance for my 2001 extended Dodge Ram van 3500, which can also be used as a downpayment, and you have a qualifying figure for the banks. Well, in a nutshell, these individuals made my Mercedes Benz Sprinter dream come true, and I will be eternally grateful. And, as a "bonus", I also look like a rich man when I return to my lower socio-economic class neighborhood. More

I will start by saying what a great all around shopping experience we started by setting an appointment on line. We started our meeting with telling jay we were not ready to make a decision that day and that I would be out of town the following week. We talked with jay about what we were looking for and he guided us in the right direction (I had already done my research online) he was not pushy, and followed up with us later in the week. When I returned home we went to the dealership and Jay had the car we wanted ready for us. We then negotiated all the terms and placed a down payment on the car and made arrangements to take delivery the following week. The only bump was when we picked up the car, the car had been detailed and it was not up to my expectations. I have already recommended Mercedes Benz of Sarasota to friends and family and will continue to do so. More

Visiting Mercedes of Tampa the day before was an absolutely horror story. We were essentially threatened by an individual who we think was a sales manager (he never introduced himself) who followed us into the parking lot wagging his finger at us and loudly saying "I WILL NEVER, I WILL NEVER, I WILL NEVER SELL YOU THAT CAR TOMORROW AT THIS PRICE". Since is was 7:30pm already, our intention was to come back the next day with a check and finalize the sale. Thank God that Peter called us saying that he had located a car for us. We rate Peter as well as the rest of the team who assisted in the sale, on a scale of 1 to 10,a resounding 15. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN. More
