The dealership is awesome. Randi Doyle is a great service advisor (xxx’t Service Mgr.). The shuttle service is efficient and friendly. Horrible Service Center experience- they damaged my car and then said they did not do it. Dropped off the car and heard nothing from the dealership for several days. Had to call them any time I wanted an u and then said they did not do it. Dropped off the car and heard nothing from the dealership for several days. Had to call them any time I wanted an update. A chip was needed which took time. Understandable, but I had no communication from the service center. I was not offered a loaner car although I did not ask for one. The car stayed there for more than 2 weeks. When I picked up the car, the leather seat was torn and the door was smudged with dirt. I asked them to fix the tear and first said they would pay half and then when questioned further said they did not tear it- essentially accusing me of lying. More

I took my car to do regular maintenance, rotate the tire. The service was terrible, they change the tires but did not check tire pressure. I drove out from the dealer about a mile the the dash board show tir The service was terrible, they change the tires but did not check tire pressure. I drove out from the dealer about a mile the the dash board show tires pressure low.Drive back to the shop the guy said oh need to reset the app. I drove out again the it show flat tire again .I came back i told him if the tire has no mair and younreset the app it is not going to do anything.
