Chris Robinson did a terrific job. Service Dept is extremely busy but they did service and delivered on time. Also, very flexible with pick up and drop off options and timing. At last a car dealership like I remember them being. A salesman greets you before you enter and all he wants to do is show you what you came to see. He may even show you other vehicles that might be within your budget and fits what you like. No pressure to buy or make a decision. The whole procedure of buying a car from this dealership is easy and convenient. They want to do it your way and make you happy. I came looking for certain vehicles and our salesman showed me what was there letting me decide which cars bore a closer look. He then showed me something Mercedes has that fit in with the type of vehicle I was looking for. Mercedes won out with a great new GLC 300! I recommend this dealership to buy your car. More
Had a very disappointing experience here this time. I had 2 flat tires midweek and had my car towed to the dealer. When speaking with them originally I asked if they had my tires and was informed they I had 2 flat tires midweek and had my car towed to the dealer. When speaking with them originally I asked if they had my tires and was informed they did. thought it was 1 tire. The next afternoon I called to see what was going on they said I had 2 nails in 2 tires and they had ordered both. I said I thought they had one. Nope he says should be in next day . Next day I call - nope no tires next day- I call 2 times - nope no tires. On Monday I call in morning leave my “rep” a message asking them to track my tire because I needed it for Tuesday for my dog had surgery that morning. I waited until 1 and called the receptionist. Was told my “rep” did not work on Mondays - voicemail did not indicate. She said she would send an email to the 2 people looking after his customers. I said I needed a call back immediately. I waited 2 hours- called again- same reply- I’ll email them. I waited another hour and called and spoke to someone else. She said she would let them know-but my tire was not here. I said that was not good enough I needed my car- I got angry at this point and she said she would speak to the manager. An hour later I got a call at 430 saying my car would be ready by close that day. Ohhh I guess my tires were in. Not once did I receive an apology , and in fact when I went to pick up my car the gentleman was rude. I will not be using this dealership again More

It sat at the vpc in Brunswick until after the 12th when Mercedes released the cars with wholesale prices to dealers. Our sales rep Bill Z. called and told us it arrived Wednesday, so we made a date for Thursday. Overall our experience was great! We spoke with Brian T. the sales manager before we went over with a few concerns and he said not to worry they would make it work! When we got there Bill met us in the parking lot and we were treated very well. He’s a nice guy and wanted us to be thrilled with the car. This is the only 23’ GLC they’ve received yet and they had it in a sales bay with a bow on it…ala Lexus. It is beautiful! Bill patiently took us through all the changes and functions and when he didn’t know something he found us the answer. Remember this is a first 23’ for them too. When we returned to his office we went through the pricing and the offer on our trade in which Brian made work for us was well over our first offer. In the end, we compromised on a price that was very agreeable to both of us. During this time, Steve K. The General manager, stopped in and introduced himself. He offered his delight in meeting us and anything he could do to help make our experience great. I was somewhat skeptical going to Sarasota knowing how great we were treated in 17’ and these are different times, but in the end they were wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to be treated extremely well and fair in their car buying experience. our 23’ is the pinnacle version… a much quieter cabin than our 17 which had acoustic glass. The engine seems quicker without any lag. The trailer hitch is a 1 1/4” receptacle and does have the plug for electric.The driver assistance package is great ( it literally drives itself on the highway) and the parktronic is good albeit a little slow. All usb connection are usb c, so an adapter for our flash drive ( dashcam) and our iPhones/ iPad is necessary. Our all season mats from the 17 still work, but the fit is a little off and the 23 doesn’t have snaps. The burmaster sound system is great, though we rarely listen to music while driving. The HUD is extremely useful! So far we ( my wife) loves her car. I hope you all are as thrilled as we are with your car and your buying experience. More
