Am used to great service, this A service dinged a bit by a video sent calling for an expensive repair from front covers leaking, that had been repaired 9 months ago at another facility. Reason cited for bringing it to my attention was oil residue still in place, so they blamed that apparently without checking further. Sloppy on the other repair shops part, yet, still disappointing. My experience with this dealership was disappointing because when I picked up my car it was dirty and there was grease on the leather of the door, door handle and the dash.
