Tom Kneski, always goes above and beyond providing quality customer Service. He is professional, knowledgeable, greets you with a smile and remembers your name. Tom is courteous and provides quick service. He is a one man show. While there yesterday Tom was proactive and I can see that he’s able to handle challenges immediately. He stopped what he was doing to help an elderly gentleman, who was confused, make his coffee. Mr. Kneski always goes out of his way to accommodate the customers needs.
