I bought a used Honda Odyssey from these guys on 5/12/23. The whole process was complicated by unnecessary crap. Papers that were emailed to me were sent as a picture (jpg) of 3 documents lined up on a desk instead of a pdf. I had to point out to the sales person that I couldn't sign a picture of documents. They didn't tell me they didn't take outside financing until the day before I came down and after I had secured my loan. Turned out that wasn't true because I did use outside financing. They knew that I was flying from out of state to get the car, but they didn't mention that my wife and I BOTH had to be here to get the car until after I had booked tickets and there was no room on the flight left. This was not communicated until 2pm the day before. The explanation was reportedly due to my financing through my bank USAA. I had to re-do my loan through USAA last minute because of this. They also pitched a fit about my bank paying them via direct deposit despite that being faster. Most of these hurdles and excuses appeared to be designed to force me go through the dealer financing. Once I arrived there was only one key, which they refused to help me get a second despite this being a 2023 car with only 1700 miles and the previous dealership the car was at was in this dealership's extended network Autonation. They told me it was a CPO through Honda since it had previously been certified as a CPO at the Autonation Honda. Once I arrived, that turned out to not be true. I was then told it was certified CPO through Autonation. That turned out to not be true either. Overall, wouldn't do it again. Edit: To top it all off they removed the back windshield wiper and didn't replace it. More

The service was done correctly and completed as promised, which I appreciated. My only complaint is the loaner vehicle system. It is often difficult to schedule when one is available, and the one I was given which I appreciated. My only complaint is the loaner vehicle system. I really appreciate how hard Lisa Gillespie works to satisfy her customers. I have had some nagging, ongoing problems on my 2008 SL550.
