There is no way to resolve this issue. I have been looking for months for the right car. 40k miles on an immaculate convertible Mercedes for $20k. The only resolution is for me to keep looking for another car. I just don’t understand how you sold this car to someone else. I called your dealership, you said the car was available, I came to your dealership and put a deposit on the car while it was in the shop being serviced. 2 different salesmen told me the car was available. So unless you have a car in the identical condition for the same price how could you possibly make this right. Regards Tomislav N Juric
