Bad customer service, awful phone service, no one ever gets back you your calls! We referred our client there to buy a car & he had service issues & had to call the MB CEO to get it resolved !! As always , this dealership is very professional as far as service and interface with the customer. Months ago when I ordered the car, the price estimate turned out to be a lot lower than the price I paid as service and interface with the customer. Our salesmen were great. Unfortunately it took about 4 hours to complete the transaction, we think due to overworked closing/finance man.
