Helpful and responsive service staff. Organized and well run service center. A loaner car was appreciated, but they are not always available and you have to schedule way in advance. I found the video of my service unhelpful and confusing. It didn't show me anything they were doing and it was conflicting information from what I was told by the service agent when I called. Mercedes Benz of Sarasota were great to work with on our recent purchase of our EQE. Prior to deciding to make a purchase, we obtained a trade-in evaluation and we received the highest offer from Jim in the recent purchase of our EQE. Prior to deciding to make a purchase, we obtained a trade-in evaluation and we received the highest offer from Jim in the Acquisitions department, of any others we sought. This incentivized our decision to trade -in for a purchase. Our sales agent, Noah was excellent to work with too. We test drove the car that we ultimately decided to purchase a couple days later. Noah was very patient in answering any questions we had. The entire transaction from start to finish was smooth and accommodating. This is true for all the interactions we had with all MB of Sarasota staff we dealt with. We highly recommend MB of Sarasota! More

Failed to meet expectations upon delivery of vehicle. Still not resolved. There was an issue with the paint on back bumper. Looks horrible, car was not detailed. Was told the oil change was done but no proof/paperwork. When car was delivered sales person handed off keys and left. No time taken to provide a tutorial of how to operate all the bells and whistles. For a luxury car dealership they handled this like a kia dealership. Lastly asked about GAP insurance and all I am told is it is included on a lease with a finance company. Again all verbal nothing in writing. Never been more disappointed. More
