Buyer beware ! !! if you buy any warranties or other products in the finance office, if you try to sell or trade your car anywhere besides there...your screwed!!! I bought a car there a year ago and I bought a MB warranty and a bunch of other stuff to the tune of about $ 12,000 dollars, the finance guy ( he no longer works there) lied to me and told me that all the products were MB products, and they were not....anyways, about a month ago I went to cancel everything and they told me I had to call a offsite place to cancel ...from what I was told Autonation handles all cancelations, not the dealership !!!! (unheard of) .... I have probably bought 25 or more Mercedes in my life including company vehicles... and I have NEVER heard or seen anything like this before. the phone number they gave me, almost no-one Ever answers the phone, you get a recording saying your 10th in line ...I spoke to a person one time after sitting on hold for over a hour. one time !!, she told me it might take 8 to 12 weeks for them to send the refund to Mercedes Benz Financial Services !!!!! at all other Dealerships it usually takes the finance Dept about anywhere from 2-5 days !!!!! so I sold my car and I had to pay $10,000 out of my pocket to Mercedes Benz Financial to cover the Products they sold me.... I would check with other MB dealers what their policy is for canceled warranties, Gap, wheel and tire protection.and Dent and paint protection, etc.etc. and ONLY buy Mercedes Benz Producs !!!!! the other products higher profit margins for them. they will tell you its MB but make them show you. More
Sales force is weak. I went to make payment for a lease payoff. Tried to get a new car. Was offered a certified pre owned (sales man showed me a car with the same exact g I went to make payment for a lease payoff. Tried to get a new car. Was offered a certified pre owned (sales man showed me a car with the same exact g features as my own, which got me to understand that this guy was clueless to the entire exchange) Got an offer for my vehicle of $20K less of what other MB dealers are selling my used vehicle for. Finance manager tried to make me finance the residual when I clearly stated that I was paying cash for it. Pushing me towards a certified pre owned vehicle when I showed interest in a new one, lowballing me in my current vehicle and the finance manager…. Nahhhh And let’s not even get started with the service department More

Traded in my vehicle in June 2024, they have it listed for sale and still have not sent in the payoff which is now affecting my credit due delinquent payment. If I could make this a negative experience I would. I bought a used car from them in March of 2022. 3 wks after owning the car the engine blew. I had to fight with management to get the engine covere I bought a used car from them in March of 2022. 3 wks after owning the car the engine blew. I had to fight with management to get the engine covered if we paid what I can only assume was their deductible for insurance of $500. In a panic we agreed. Then a year later my catalytic converters went out with a message on my car to limit driving and pull over if car overheats and avoid high burn areas. (I'm paraphrasing). Took it back to them as the message clearly stated engine issues and I was supposed to have a 1yr warranty on the "new" engine. Was told it was only the battery, this was February of 2023, paid way to much for a new battery but did it since the car was already in and hoping they were correct. They were not as all the notifications came back on a few weeks later. Called them back and was told they are not a Honda dealership and since we're not a Mercedes customer they don't have time for us. We can drop it at Honda and IF it's warranty they will cover it but Honda is 3 months out for service and they would not provide a rental in that time since again we are not Mercedes customers. I'm pretty sure buying my car from you, Honda or not, makes me your customer. Now 17months after paying almost $400 for a new battery...my battery is dead. Now I wait for a manger to call me back. I was sold a lemon from them and in the 2yrs I have owned a car I have had to fix it way too many times for coming from a dealership that is supposed to check their cars out. I've been nice about the whole experience but I am not going to be quiet any longer. More
