Hakeem White was probably the best service advisor I have ever had at a dealership. Excellent communication, informed and nice. Walked in pouring rain to check on how much longer my car would take in servi ever had at a dealership. Excellent communication, informed and nice. As, I was leaving at 5:45 in the evening, he noticed a bent license plate and repaired and placed matching plate holders on my tags. It is amazing how kindness and communication aids in the waiting game. Excellent job! More

Had a service done to my dash cam/driver assist functions. I was assigned to Mr. Francisco “Paco” Gonzalez. He was extremely professional, proficient and efficient. After recording the symptoms functions. I was assigned to Mr. Francisco “Paco” Gonzalez. He was extremely professional, proficient and efficient. After recording the symptoms of my problem in as much detail as he could, he told me how they would proceed in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and the window of time he estimated it would take. He was ‘no nonsense’ about the process MB uses and how he’d keep me apprised at every step. My car was diagnosed and repaired quicker than we’d estimated! Mr. Gonzalez provided me a detailed account of the problem and what was required to fix it. I had no clue at the outset that it was a dash cam problem. All my driver assist sensors suddenly stopped working. He explained how the systems work together, what happened, and how they repaired it. What I appreciate the most is his willingness to push information. That relieves a lot of stress and consternation. Would definitely work with him again should the need arise. More
