My family drove from Brooklyn to the dealership in Rockville, Long Island. Bobby was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car that we were interested in. He treated our family with respect and extra care to help us feel comfortable to shop and talk. Prior to this, we have went to other Mercedes Benz dealerships in Brooklyn, and Long Island City and the vibes were definitely awkward, fake, and just a show. The other dealerships’ customer service was definitely not up to par based on the prestige of the brand. Bobby on the other hand was real and personable. He was patient and listened to our family’s need. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and needs. His experience helped us make a comfortable decision and we are satisfied with this experience. I will definitely come back in the future and they got my business. More
