Not at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond, and not with Chris Garland. Having purchased and serviced seven models of Mercedes at MBR over the years, the continuity and consistency of product and service has been exemplary. I always leave knowing work was done correctly, the first time. I also have a detailed record of every scheduled maintenance and repair ever done to provide to someone who elects to assume care and support of these vehicles when I am ready for the next one. Everyone at MBR, from sales, service, cashier, and of course the technicians, are friendly and focused on each and every customer. Well done, all, and thank you. More

Also I thought the service is a bit pricier than the other luxury car makers, I have a BMW and owned an Acura in the past and never had to pay about $250 for service.
