Thank you Steven Hunnewell! One of my wheels needed some air, but had lost 7 pounds of air quick. I called the dealership, and Steven asked me to go see him ASAP. He accommodated me, to find out I had a nail in the tire. Needless to say they replaced the tire, and everything went smooth. One thing that should be addressed: decrease the time that a customer with a scheduled appointment has to wait to meet with a service advisor. I always have to wait 15-20 minutes. Another suggestion : In-service the receptionists that greet u in the drop-off area before u meet w service advisors to smile . More
