We worked with Joey, Joe, and Christine to close the deal on our C300 and they were extremely transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. The C300 we took home was different than the one we initially intended on purchasing due to a minor mix up. Although, we ultimately feel that Joey and team did everything they could to make us whole and ensure we left satisfied. Also, the entire process took just a bit longer than we had anticipated; however, the staff was extremely hospitable while we waited. Mike came over and spent time with us while we waited in the lounge area and even offered to order us lunch. We were asked by Gloria at the front desk to bring our Pup inside while we waited and the hospitality was extended to him as well (i.e water bowl, etc.). We will definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz Richmond to our friends/family and will be purchasing our next vehicle here. More
