Because of our schedule and due diligence we needed more time. He was very sincere and didn’t try to close us that night. Came back a second day to check out verified pre owned. Was upfront on the different options. Again very polite of our decision. At no point did he make a decision for us. He was a professional. We decided to buy a new vehicle based on the financing being offered! Once we decided to go with our selection; the process was effortless. This is the 6th new car my wife and I have bought over two decades; best car buying process ever! Paperwork was fast financing was fast. I can respect the upselling of features but it wasn’t dramatic at all. Despite my best efforts to find a flaw with Mercedes; as they are a luxury brand, I felt strongly that they were more than courteous and not condescending. Danny was very understanding when we needed to bring it back for detailing purposes and the Sam did and amazing job as well. More
