These are the type of people that give car dealers a bad name. The guys that work in the service department are dishonest and will steal from you and not think twice. I took my car in to get service and the name. The guys that work in the service department are dishonest and will steal from you and not think twice. I took my car in to get service and they said I needed new spark plugs and one new coil, the service representative Tyler Peay gave me a price of 1300-1400 to do the job! My response was please give me a break down of the labor and parts, and he went over that with me three times. I then asked him are you sure it is that much and Tyler said yes that is the actual cost. Then I told Tyler I don’t understand your estimate because plugs are only $35 each and one coil is only about $100. How in the world did you get 1300-1400 total and his response was ooohhh! I am not sure let me call you back. Well Tyler called me back after 20 minutes and didn’t know what to say. The only thing he said was sorry I made a mistake! Stay away from this dealership unless you want to be screwed. More
