I came in to pick my vehicle up from being serviced. The service agent who worked with me to drop my vehicle off walked right past me without acknowledging me or taking the time to review what was done The service agent who worked with me to drop my vehicle off walked right past me without acknowledging me or taking the time to review what was done to my vehicle. My previous service agent was much more customer oriented. Service I receive from Nissan for the nine years I patronized them was more respectable and professional. Had she went over my service report with me, that would have created the opportunity for me discuss what I believed to be a software issue in detail. Her lack of customer service skills and ability to close the loop resulted in an unnecessary trip. I will give her the benefit of doubt and assume she treats all customers that way instead of believing that her lack of attentiveness was due to my appearance. Acknowledgment and closing the loop is highly important in customer service and has a great impact on the patron’s view of the establishment. I am hopeful this experience will be the last and that I have the opportunity to feel like a valued customer again. More

Fine. .. however, I wish he had been more upfront about why this vehicle was traded with so few miles on it. As it turns out, this vehicle has one of the worst gas mileage reputations in the country. I knew trucks were historically less efficient, but this vehicle's gas mileage is 10-13 mpg. My bad, and I should have been a bit more inquisitive. It met my work needs, but not my wallet! More
