My service advisor; Tavaras was super helpful. He was able to fit me into the schedule without a set appointment. When a car has to go into service it’s stressful for the owner. The service advisors have to deal with the front end of issues. While they don’t do the actual work and can’t control any issues within the building; they have to deal with the customers. I recently purchased an AMG C43 from Mercedes-Benz of Richmond and had an excellent overall experience working with Kervin Ridgley. Kervin was exceptional throughout the process, taking considerable time to thoroughly walk us through the vehicle's features and functions in detail. This level of attention is increasingly rare in today's market, and we greatly appreciated his dedication to ensuring we understood every aspect of the car. Both Kervin and Patrick were straightforward and professional during negotiations. They worked within our budget without the typical back-and-forth often experienced at other dealerships, ultimately coming in under our target price. There was an initial miscommunication regarding the interest rate—the originally quoted special financing was inadvertently offered without realizing AMG vehicles were excluded from that promotion. However, Patrick handled the situation professionally by adjusting the numbers to ensure we remained comfortable with the final deal. His willingness to make things right was greatly appreciated and prevented what could have been a deal-breaking situation. When scheduled maintenance was needed the following Monday, Kervin promptly arranged for the work to be completed the same day, which I appreciated. My only current concern is that since the maintenance appointment, the check engine light has been intermittently activating and deactivating. Given that I just purchased the vehicle and live across town from the dealership, having to return for additional service so soon is both inconvenient and somewhat concerning. I plan to schedule a follow-up appointment to have this issue properly diagnosed and resolved. Despite this issue, my overall experience with the team at MB of Richmond was positive, and I would recommend working with Kervin and Patrick. More

We were driving on the interstate when the red battery warning light went on on the dashboard. We proceeded to the nearest Mercedes dealership and the were so gracious and accommodated us at 2pm on a Fri warning light went on on the dashboard. Tavaris our advisor immediately assessed the situation (we had suitcases and 2 grandchildren in the car otw to D.C. for a long weekend. He produced a loaner and we were able to continue our trip. When we returned my car was ready to go - a new alternator later!! Very good experience at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond!! More

The vehicle was in service and on a lift so I could not look inside or test drive the vehicle. Danny insisted that I come back to view the vehicle after service was completed. I am glad I did.
