Simply the Best Car Buying Experience Ever I've bought numerous luxury cars over my lifetime, and this was the first time I had the privilege of working with a true professional who was extreme I've bought numerous luxury cars over my lifetime, and this was the first time I had the privilege of working with a true professional who was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Mercedes Benz product line. I was referred to Farhan Ghanty by a neighbor who purchased a vehicle from him and was very impressed with his knowledge and personal touch. I contacted Farhan and we spent numerous hours on the phone trying to identify the right vehicle that met our requirements. After multiple phone calls with Farhan, over a two week period we decided on the perfect vehicle for us, a fully loaded Obsidian Black GLE 43 AMG Coupe. We wanted our new car by Christmas but this specific GLE 43 AMG Coupe with all the options was not available in any dealership in the county. Farhan was able to identify a perfect match that was just completed off the production line in Tuscaloosa AL but this vehicle was scheduled for delivery to a dealership in Texas. Farhan made contact with that dealer in Texas and made a trade for the vehicle and it arrived at the Raleigh dealership a few days before Christmas. We drove to Raleigh and upon arriving at the dealership we were very impressed with the reception staff and the ambiance of the showroom. We met with Farhan, drove the vehicle and made the purchase. During the delivery process, Farhan spent over 45 minutes going over every feature in the vehicle and how to operate the systems. He answered every question we had and was very professional, patient and a pleasure to be with. This was extremely valuable time spent with the new technology in these vehicles it is a must to get a through brief on all the systems.
