Hard, because how would I capture in a few words the outstanding experiences I have had over the last 16 years purchasing many cars with the assistance of George L. Brown III at Leith Mercedes Benz of Raleigh? And, easy, because there is not one bad thing to say! I sincerely would never think of buying a car from anyone but George. He is a true gentleman: professional, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and charming. With George, I have always felt at ease, never felt pressured to buy, and never wondered if he was playing "car sales games." Whether it was my first sedan or my latest purchase of an SL 450 (or any of my purchases in between), I have always been treated with the same respect and care. And, George's service does not stop after the purchase. Despite the fact that Leith MB has a top-notch service department, George has gone the extra mile to always make certain that my service experiences have gone smoothly. I moved from Raleigh to Durham, with a Mercedes Benz dealership within five minutes of my new home (unfortunately, I can not give that dealership a good review -- had a horrible experience with MB of Southpoint). So, I still drive the 30 minutes to Leith on Capital Blvd. where I know I will receive truly outstanding individualized service during and after my purchase! Thank you George, my friend!
