Since purchasing my car in September 2017, Stephen has actively supported me by obtaining the previous service history, reviewing service bulletins, and ensuring that all scheduled maintenance service is performed. He recently insisted that I return to investigate an intermittent warning alarm that resulted in replacement of a failed sensor. He also resolved a concern I had with the Tirefit kit. Stephen is to be commended for always putting the customer first! More

He was patient, courteous and respectful of our time. No long waits! We were able to come together on a deal in about 20 minutes. No games !! Tom B. of finance is probably the nicest car finance guy I have ever dealt with. No air, not snooty, just down to earth and very easy going, The car was ready as promised. Again no waiting! Sean, went over the features of the car in detail and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the vehicle in a very short period of time. Highly recommend the sales team at MB of Raleigh! More

He has a great sense of humor and makes the buying process easy. Bonnie was also great. She really worked with us on the financial side of it. Outstanding customer service! I was in the market for a new car, after going to several other dealers, I went back to Mercedes of Raleigh and purchased my third Benz. While the ve I was in the market for a new car, after going to several other dealers, I went back to Mercedes of Raleigh and purchased my third Benz. While the vehicle has an amazing ride, and incredible technology, it was all about my purchasing experience. Initially, I sent John Hesch an email, he responded quickly and off we went. The sales experience was very professional, and his goal was to find me the right car, not any car they had to move. I had purchased my second Benz from him, which was why I went back for the third. Delivery was great, car was fully explained, post sales he also took the initiative to help get my insurance and XM radio switched over. If you're looking for a new car, I'd highly recommend MB of Raleigh and John Hesch if you want to have an outstanding experience and great customer service. More

We went in looking for information and pricing only and was prepared to have to listen to sales pitches but after being introducted to George L Brown III. (Salesperson) my normal instinct to be on the defensive was completely shattered! His demeanor immediately put my husband and I at ease and the rest is history! He listened to our inquiries, asked some questions and our comfort zone was established allowing us to purchase the vehicle we wanted. He treats you with care, compassion and with a sense of humor thrown in. We went away feeling like we had control over what we wanted because it was not pushed on us by a salesperson but was a business transaction that was mutually satisfactory for both parties. We would highly recommend George and this dealership when you look for your next car. The whole staff was outstanding with each step of the purchase but George Brown III made it worth our time to stop and check.. Thank you George! You made two old people very happy, More
