There was a little glitch in getting the car we wanted before leaving, but the next morning George called to say the car was mine! When we picked up the car, John went over the paperwork with us, explaining everything we had to sign. He also told us about optional services for the vehicle. What I really loved about working with George and John was that neither of them made me feel hurried at any time. The whole experience at Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh was a pleasure.
