Just looking but now I have an incredible car For a while now, I have been looking for a new/used SUV. So we went to test drive a GLA250 (my husband suggested). I didn't like it at all. (More of a hatchback feel instead of what I was used to.) Silvio Guzman (our sales consultant) was very observant of my comments throughout the test drive and asked simple questions and LISTENED. When we returned to the dealership he suggested I try the GLK350. It was perfect! I had been looking for a low-mileage, SAFE-feeling, smaller SUV. I started driving the car and new immediately that I wanted it (but I didn't say that because you never say that). It handeled so well that I started driving the wrong way towards town instead of 540 as I intended (safely of course but just excited because I had finally found my car). This one had all of the packages I needed and more. We got back to the dealership and went home to talk to the insurance company. We came back that afternoon. Silvio, Mr. Proctor, the paperwork guy, and the Sales Manager (I forgot his name but he was super tall and really nice) stayed past closing to make sure I got the car that day. Then Silvio came outside with us and spent more of his time after hours to make sure I knew how to work all of the different screens. I am very happy with the car and with the ease of the purchase. I would recommend Silvio. He wasn't like most of the sales people at the many dealerships I've dealt with for the past month and a half (one of which looked like he jumped out of the movie "Coming to America"...track suit and all not joking). Silvio wasn't pushy at all. He listened and I ended up driving away happy in my incredible "new to me" car. More
