Totally relaxed and stress-free process and an amazing deal on a new 2014 C-300. Tom Trovas is the best! I was approaching my mileage limit on my 2011, when Tom proactively reached out and told me how he deal on a new 2014 C-300. Tom Trovas is the best! I was approaching my mileage limit on my 2011, when Tom proactively reached out and told me how he could take me out of my current lease to avoid excess mileage charges. He paid off my last few months of lease payments, put me into a brand new car and saved me $60 a month on my lease payment. Plus my insurance went down another $80 on the newer car. Can't beat that. Plus, Tom T. is just a warm, pleasant man who does not pressure. Great experience overall! More

Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the car that we purchased. It was interesting since we were purchasing a new model that had not been introduced yet and there were no demo's o select the car that we purchased. It was interesting since we were purchasing a new model that had not been introduced yet and there were no demo's or very little information available. Tom kept us informed of the delivery status. When the car finally arrived at the dealership he sent us pictures since we were away and couldn't pick it up for several weeks. When we picked up the car he spent considerable time with us in showing us the features and details of the car. We just love our new CLA 250. More

Earlier this year, my husband bought a Mercedes Benz at this dealership and he was very pleased with their attentiveness and service. He mentioned to Dale Cook that I would be interested in a Certified Pr this dealership and he was very pleased with their attentiveness and service. He mentioned to Dale Cook that I would be interested in a Certified Pre-Owned GL 450 but we wanted one with dual DVD players in the back (since we have children) and we did not want it to have a lot of miles. Dale spent months looking for the perfect vehicle for us and finally found one and today we bought it! I am so happy with this dealership. Went to the dealer to test drive the CLA250. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me with the drive. The gentleman that accompanied on the test, Rueben, Was very knowledge I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me with the drive. The gentleman that accompanied on the test, Rueben, Was very knowledgeable and friendly. After the drive, we went to look at all the available models and was happy to see a huge selection. After sitting down with Michael, I discovered the one model I did pick (it was perfect) was sold. However, Michael made it clear that we would be able to find another just like it. We discussed various options with buying/leasing and Michael was very candid about timing with respect to my VW lease and how to move into the CLA afterwards. Before we bought a Mercedes Benz from Mr. Lai, My husband and I visited several other dealership such as BMW, AUDI, Infiniti-- all they cared about is just "buy now , get the best deal, if you wait, deal and I visited several other dealership such as BMW, AUDI, Infiniti-- all they cared about is just "buy now , get the best deal, if you wait, deal won't be the same---" This was high pressure. We are extremely happy to go back Mercedes Benz of Princeton.
