Well worth the ride My wife and I started out the day looking for a Mercedes Benz ML350. Even though we have heard of bad reviews from various people about Cherry Hill M My wife and I started out the day looking for a Mercedes Benz ML350. Even though we have heard of bad reviews from various people about Cherry Hill Mercedes, we went there because it was 20 minutes from our house. Within 30 minutes we found the bad reviews to be true, we were treated abruptly and disrespectful by an arrogant, used car manager. Needless to say we left. We made a call to Princeton Mercedes Benz and spoke to a salesman, Frank O'Grady and set up an appointment. Even though the ride was about 45 minutes away, it was well worth the time. We were greeted by a very nice young lady who offered us a drink and paged Frank who immediately came out. Frank took us to an inside area where a new ML350 was sitting all detailed up. We inspected the vehicle, while Frank explained all of the functions and accessories. We then went back to his desk where he answered all of our questions. Seems like a normal sale, but Frank went beyond just selling us a car. He spent time with us getting to know how we intended to use the car and yearly mileage. He discussed leasing vs. buying, and found us the best buying method for us. He gave us a great deal for the car we wanted. Frank gave us time to talk about the deal and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire time. Frank makes you feel like family uses no pressure and truly wants you to make the right decision based on your needs. Frank introduced us to one of the managers, who was extremely nice and informative about Mercedes Benz and their agency. I also had time to walk around the dealership and noticed how clean and immaculate the entire building was kept. We walked out to our new car, Frank set up the controls for us and we drove home, and yes they had the tank filled up, they didn't miss a thing. Was it worth the ride,Absolutely!
