Mr. Cook was very friendly, courteous, and non-pushy. He answered every one of my questions, and I never felt that I wasn’t given a straight answer. I was able to get a final price on a 2012 C300 4matic tha answered every one of my questions, and I never felt that I wasn’t given a straight answer. I was able to get a final price on a 2012 C300 4matic that I felt more then comfortable with. The Sales person Paul J Lai provided us with very detailed info about both E & C class vehicle and that really helped us to make a decision. He was so patience with us and also didn't push us to clos detailed info about both E & C class vehicle and that really helped us to make a decision. He was so patience with us and also didn't push us to close the deal immediately. He gave us enough time to think and also took lot of effort to test drive different models in order for us to make a wise decision. His in-depth knowledge about Mercedes-Benz cars helped us to understand the different features. He matched the price offered to us by other dealers and even gave us a better deal. We were very much satisfied with his service and really appreciate his effort. Thanks a lot Paul. More

the worst Mercedes-Benz dealership very unfriendly to customers,they push for customers to agree to services they do not actually need. One time I sent my car for a job that involved a flat tire and was customers,they push for customers to agree to services they do not actually need. One time I sent my car for a job that involved a flat tire and was already paying $2000.00 for the lady service parson asked me to add more service work I did not actually need. I asked her why since I'm already $200.00 in the red, her answer was "because you are already here. Terrible and uncaring customer service. After that, I left their dealership. More

This is the best car buying experience I ever had! Arno Orsini made this an amazing Mercedes Buying Experience for me. Arno valued my time and was always ready with test cars. Arno was very thorough on the overall knowledge of the car which was the most impressive thing. My first meeting was about 1 hour when I test drove 2 cars and my second meeting was also 1 hr when Arno sold one to me. I must say that he provided an excellent customer service......very impressive ! More

I have gone to many dealerships in my life. This one takes the cake on the worst ever. Sales man Oleg Myskiw gave me wrong information on leasing a new 2012 C-Class Coupe. He told me it had a 69% res takes the cake on the worst ever. Sales man Oleg Myskiw gave me wrong information on leasing a new 2012 C-Class Coupe. He told me it had a 69% residual value for a 24 month lease with 12,000 miles per year. I told him that he was wrong and new for a fact it had at least a 74% residual value. This train wreck even priced a 41,000 MSRP one out for me with $2000 out of pocket with a $568 per month payment. Now the reality is that the 2012 C-Class for a 24 month program with 12,000 miles per year has a residual value of 76%. Wow. I called to complain and asked to speak to a GM, Sales Manager or Owner and I was told they only have one and he was not in today. To make a long story short I was quoted for the same car with the same senerio with same money down for $399 a month. I just posted this just help anyone from wasting there time going there.
