New CAR I went into Mercedes on Saturday looking to purchase a new car. After looking at several different models the CLA caught my eye. I was then taken for I went into Mercedes on Saturday looking to purchase a new car. After looking at several different models the CLA caught my eye. I was then taken for a test drive with Ruben. He answered any questions that me and my parents had and made the short ride very knowledgeable. Ruben then took us upstairs to look at a bunch of different CLAs they had in stock. He went over every outside feature that made each car slightly different. After deciding my color and interior I was then taken to Patrick to chose the appropriate car in my price range and liking. Patrick was AWESOME. I never want to deal with anyone else. He was sweet, friendly and didn't pressure me into any additional features I wasn't interested in. As soon as we came to a agreement with my car he then made sure it was ready for me within the hour. He even made the dreadful paperwork somewhat fun and quick. Seeing my car for the first time with a huge pink now just made the experience even better! Overall I am THRILLED and INLOVE with my car. Without Patrick this new car wouldn't have been possible.
