My relationship with the service team was built while I had my 450 SL between regular service visits and my driving skills to avoid pot holes my visits were quite often. Miguel Cruz and I became quite goo had my 450 SL between regular service visits and my driving skills to avoid pot holes my visits were quite often. Miguel Cruz and I became quite good friends and him and the rest of the team always met my expectations. A loaner car was always available and they truly managed each visit with compassion as I sadly handed them my convertible on a gorgeous day :(. Because of COVID, there were struggles w Dale Cook is no ordinary salesperson. This was our 4th car with Dale and this GTA was the prize vehicle! Because of COVID, there were struggles with the car and at times looked bleak; however, with Dale’s expertise and relationships within Mercedes he was able to secure a slot to order the GTA. Despite the success in ordering, he still had to monitor the status of the car while in production and then after 6 months Dale called and said your GTA is in the USA. Best day of my life and thanks to Dale I am driving a gorgeous vehicle!! More
