Everyone I came in contact with, from the salesperson (Mel), to the finance/mgmt p I recently purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLC300 from MB of Portsmouth. Everyone I came in contact with, from the salesperson (Mel), to the finance/mgmt persons (Jeremy and Eddy), to the service folks (Peter and Rich), were amazingly helpful, professional and thoughtful. I have never had a better new car buying experience. Thank you each and everyone of you for trying so hard to please your customer. "LISTENED" Once a 5'0" frame, my 71 year-old-body has shrunk to 4'9". As a result, my 2010 Infiniti G37x with its sporty style was no longer conducive (even wit Once a 5'0" frame, my 71 year-old-body has shrunk to 4'9". As a result, my 2010 Infiniti G37x with its sporty style was no longer conducive (even with a pillow) at driving in comfort or safety -- my sight line through windshield was less than I previously enjoyed/felt safe. I really didn't know what I wanted, except viewing/sight ability was primary; I'd questioned if an SUV may provide what I needed. Melanie put me into three different SUV models/styles. None worked. Even though viewing was primary, I still needed to be comfortable getting into/out of the vehicle; I had to JUMP down from one of them! Onto car styles, I liked the new emblem grille, so we tried several, and I ALMOST bought a 2015 C300 that was a little better than my Infiniti in sightline, but not quite there (plus, it was grey and my least favorite color, which I'd already told Melanie). Melanie had put me into an E-class "Luxury" style. YUP, sight line/viewing was so much better, but the E class was much larger than I liked/wanted. So, looked as though that grey car was going to be it. Melanie searched inventory on line/walked the lot while I contemplated purchase of the grey car at her desk. Melanie soon pulled up in a C300 luxury model (2010) in white (one of two colors I'd told her I liekd). I took it for a ride, and the rest, as they say, is history! I am very happy with my 2015 C300 luxury model. I can SEE and sit comfortably. Yes, I still need a pillow, but the seats are less "sloping/slanting" backward and more evenly "distributed"; this makes it much easier to see and much more comfortable, too. I must also comment that even though I was Melanie's client, that all other personnel was pleasant, attentive, helpful. As example, when I dropped off my Infiniti and was doing paperwork with Melanie, I realized I'd forgotten my transponder. Salesman "John" nearby heard me, and offered to secure it -- and returned with that and the change I'd left in a well! More

I spotted a pretty cardinal red C300 series and before I knew it, the car was mine. Ben was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. At the same time, he was persoanable and the sales experience was positive. Working with Jeremy was equally satisfying. The financing was presented clearly and he was able to respond to questions and responded to requests that resulted in a satisfied customer. Good teamwork and a job well done! More
