I bought my Benz in 2011 when it was owned by Holloway. When it changed ownership, I wasn't too impressed with the environment. It looked and felt like an average car dealership. Instead of getting a response of, "I don't know"..."Why don't you bring it in," she was able to pinpoint the cause...and she didn't "pawn me off" to one of her service guys. She has drastically improved the atmosphere in the service and parts dept! More

Service is a breeze .Meegan Best can fix you up a with a loaner or if you can’t make it in , she can send a driver ,his name is Larry, who Will bring you a car and take your car back for service. It could not be any easier. Meegan Best will call me to keep me updated on my vehicle and when I get it back, it’s always perfect. Actually it looks better than when I brought it in or when Larry picks it up. Oh and I can’t forget to mention Tammy the receptionist who is always helpful with a wonder personality. More

This is the Mercedes dealership you want to go to! We have purchased and leased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the past 5 years and could not be happier with sales, service and operations teams. Yesterday I called into the dealership from Florida to get help disabling a sensor from a minor mishap over the weekend. Connor Heyland picked up the call as service was busy, Connor could not have been any more helpful! Truth be told, I didn't introduce myself...I think I was frantic and just needed help to shut it off and Connor did just that with his patience and kindness!
