Have purchased four Mercedes from this dealership over the last 10years or so. In addition I am also a stock holder and an in a relative is any employee of the company. Having said this; for perspective I am writing as a customer I am 83 years old and do not like text messages for most communications. I realize this saves the company time but I don't like it. I the past few years I have noticed a gradual decline in service.
