I am giving the dealership 4 stars only because it took quite a long time for my Mercedes to be serviced. I called the dealership a week ahead of my service visit, I told them I would drop off the vehicle quite a long time for my Mercedes to be serviced. I called the dealership a week ahead of my service visit, I told them I would drop off the vehicle the night before my service appointment that was a Tuesday night and I did not receive a text until Thursday night. This was just a routine service visit nothing out of the ordinary. So this is the reason I gave them 4stars. More
World class Dealership with the best salespeople I have ever met. I made arrangements for a purchase over the internet, traveled five hours and arrived later than planned. Just had my SL 55 MB brought in for a check engine light. The service rep John K was excellent. Kept me informed and told me he would call to let me know progress, and he did. I live in NC, but use Mercedes of Pompano as my service center. My service advisor, Elijah, is great. He explains everything to me and calls me to keep me up to date when my car is in for service. It was nice the dealership kept me up to date with the work order and even sent a short video when my car was on the lift. However, the time it took to complete the work order was much too long for what n work order and even sent a short video when my car was on the lift. However, the time it took to complete the work order was much too long for what needed to be looked at. The problem at hand was never thoroughly diagnosed . To make matters worse, the service advisor not only was very dishonest and tried to sell me repairs that were not needed but never sat with me to discuss the issues at hand when I picked up my vehicle. He would not give me the courtesy and time to explain anything. I did get a second opinion and was told I did not need the recommended repairs. Unsatisfactory and unprofessional business practice. Horrible, the day before the service i corrected my tier pressures and i didn't ask to mercedes to touch my tires. my wife took it to service and when i get the car driving experience was so weird i checked pressures and i didn't ask to mercedes to touch my tires. my wife took it to service and when i get the car driving experience was so weird i checked the tire pressures and they were all 45 psi. car instructions says 33 front 36 back maximum. my wife wrote Coby via sms and he said the values writing on the door is wrong check the fuel cap. i checked and it was same. then he wrote us again their device was off. i have everything in written. because of mercedes service I could have an accident or could be in trouble easily. i put write bad reviews everywhere.i purchased 2 cars from the same dealer but never never ever again. very irresponsible and Coby is answering messages like this is very usual and there is no mistake. More
