It's fantastic working with a pofessional that LISTENS them reacts, unfortunatly this is a skill a lot of sales people do not comprehend. I would like to start by saying that Laura Gutierrez has been a true pleasure to work with. What a kind, patient, and most professional Sales Person! I was struggling to find a specific vehicle for some time, and until I came across Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, I did not think I would be able to find it. Laura took over my search for me, and within a day, she had come up with the correct car. Everything about the vehicle, and the entire buying process, was explained in ample detail, with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. In today's society, people are rushed, impatient, and quick to judge. I can say without a doubt that this dealership, as well as the sales staff, takes the time to assist you without leaving you feeling hurried or bothered. Any and all questions get answered and they are HONEST! Just Terrific. On a side note, after the purchase of the vehicle, they did not just disappear!
