When it came time to look into a new car (mine was a 2005), I turned to Marcia for her recommendation. She then put me in touch with Mark Sawyer. He was extremely patient and understanding. Purchasing a new car can be extremely overwhelming and confusing but he made sure I was absolutely never rushed or pressured. Instead I was offered many options and felt like Mr. Sawyer and the team at Mercedes was doing everything in their powers to work with me. It was a 4 day operation, but I finally got a new car. I believe that dealership surpasses most. Everyone there is very well educated in their products and their clients needs. I look forward to a lasting relationship with that dealership.
