During a recent rainstorm my tires lost contact with the road and my husband and I did a 360 in the middle of I 95. I love the dealership but I not happy with my recent service experience. I brought my car in because the it said I was do for maintenance and my check engine light was on. Took my car in for scheduled warranty work and confirmed in advance that they had the parts so I scheduled the work. My warranty notice said the work should take 1 hour. When I arrived for my appointment in advance that they had the parts so I scheduled the work. My warranty notice said the work should take 1 hour. When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would take a couple hours because the work was "new" so I was given a lyft ride home. When I called for a status mid-day I didn't get a response and had to chase down my service representative. Turns out the work ended up taking all day, so I was without a car all day. The dealership did send a lyft to pick me up when the work was done and it seems like the work was done satisfactorily. If expectations had been set properly when I called to make the appointment or drop off the car this would have been a better experience. More
