Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had from a car dealership in my life. From the lady that answers the phone - Iliana who is extremely rude to the service advisors that don’t give anyone updates on dealership in my life. From the lady that answers the phone - Iliana who is extremely rude to the service advisors that don’t give anyone updates on service, to the managers who don’t call you back when you leave multiple messages for them. Had my car go in for routine maintenance, took them a WEEK and it’s still not done. A week to do routine maintenance. No calls back, no updates, this place is an absolute joke. There is 0 professionalism, 0 accountability, and 0 leadership at this dealership. Paying 100k + for a vehicle and getting the service of a shady car dealer in the Bronx is not how business should be conducted. More

I find the service advisers to be extremely helpful and very accommodating. I needed immediate attention for my vehicle and was able to get my car taken care of with a minimum of effort.
