Service experience was adequate. Provision of loaner car was adequate. Would be good if the female service greeters were more friendly and not so cold. The guys in the drive through however were more friendly. Wash job was at best poor. One would think that after spending nearly 2 grand that at least they would wipe the car down instead of leaving water spots everywhere. More

My new GLE 350 would brake while driving and the hazard light would come on. This happens after I stop and start again. All tests showed everything was normal. They found after three days and 30 miles lat light would come on. This happens after I stop and start again. All tests showed everything was normal.
