I was over 300 miles from home when the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) warning light came on. I rolled into the service dept on a Saturday late afternoon. Kevin the Service Advisor pulled my vehicle in immediately to have service tech Brad run codes. They assured me my vehicle was safe to drive and to bring it in first thing Monday morning (ahead of scheduled appointments) to have it repaired. 7:30am I met with Rick, another Service Advisor, he wrote me up and had me shuttled back to my hotel. Within 2 hours he called stating my vehicle was ready and a driver was on his way to pick me up. This service department treated my SRS issue with great concern and care. They also recognized my need to return to So Cal ASAP and helped me meet my goals. I was on my way back home by 10:30am! SIMPLY AMAZING!!! More
