We purchase our vehicle at Mercedes in Pleasanton. We had a battery, go out. We had them replace the battery. And the new battery went out just at the end of 2 years. We picked up the car on the date that they received the battery in. Because when we brought the car in, they did not have a battery. In stock, it took 4 days to get the battery and install it for us to get the car. We pick up the car and we leave the day. The battery was installed, so now the new battery dies, we bring it in. We look, hey, we got five days left on a warranty, four days left on a warranty, and they go sorry.The warranty's up.We can't warranty it.Because the warranty starts when we ride up the work order.Not when we actually install the part or you actually drive off with the car.So we want you to warrant it well.The part is in shipment. Tim, the service manager was absolutely absolutely no help. I call talked him, he said he would call and see if there's anything due. It was 10 days later, when he called me back. I want somewhere else and got a battery at a third of the cost. And an actual one year longer warranty..

This dealership was amazing, I purchased a Mercedes for my wife from Stephen Lao who was very easy to work with, I appreciated how he had everything ready for us to get in and out quickly. We recently had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Stephen Lao, for the purchase of our Mercedes GLE 450. I was misled about several features of the 2024 GLC 300 I purchased brand new in September 2024. Test drove the C class and was told the GLC has an identical interior and features. That is not true, I found out AFTER purchase. Now I'm stuck with this car and those features cannot be added in. Spent 65k and I am left with bitterness after this transaction. It's just dishonest, bait and switch.

I would like to give a "5 STAR+" rating to Mr. Kym Chu. He has been absolutely brilliant in making things happen for me. I truly believe that he has stretched himself above and beyond to make me a proud owner of EQS 580 SUV 4 MATIC (Pinnacle Trim).
