My automobiles are fixed the right way by factory-trained technicians. The service advisor takes time to explain the technical aspects of the repair, so I’m always reassured that when I pick up my MBs, it’s technicians. The worst vehicle i have had in my life. New car & hardly drove, very few miles on there the service centre says tyres needs replacement. Toys work better than a GLC. Smells bad, airplay get New car & hardly drove, very few miles on there the service centre says tyres needs replacement. Toys work better than a GLC. Smells bad, airplay gets disconnected while you are driving & than u do not have access to maps, the window switches are made of very poor quality. An overall disappointment. Will never suggest anyone to buy Mercedes. Selling mine soon. Dealership also wants to make money out of servicing & quoting unnecessary things at unbelievable price. More

Patrick G. (my customer service rep.) and the rest of the team at Mercedes of Plano is exceptional at customer service. I got to the dealership late (not real (my customer service rep.) and the rest of the team at Mercedes of Plano is exceptional at customer service. I got to the dealership late (not realizing it closed at 7pm) because on the website it shows 8pm as closing time to pick up my car. The team members who were still on location right after closing time made it a point to make sure someone was driving my car around to me while they took care of the paperwork instead of asking me to come back during business hours. Thank you for the extra step of excellence in customer care. It made a huge difference in my day and work week. The team's extra effort and the way it made me feel well taken care of as I was leaving the dealership will always remind me to promote Mercedes of Plano. Happy 4th everyone!
