My service writer, Chad was great. He resolved a little communication hiccup we had involving another service writer but between he and their other gentleman it was quickly resolved a He resolved a little communication hiccup we had involving another service writer but between he and their other gentleman it was quickly resolved and the other gentleman later reached out to me via phone and apologized for the hiccup. These guys were super professional, courteous and professional even in this heat with hot engines running constantly as customers are wheeling in for service work they maintained their professional demeanor.
