Over promised and under delivered. I understand the delivery issues, but I was not kept informed and when I called for and update, I always got a different answer. No one from the sale I understand the delivery issues, but I was not kept informed and when I called for and update, I always got a different answer. No one from the salesman to the sales manager knew what was going on. Finance dept was slow and messed up the paperwork and wanted me to come back to resign everything. The van walk through was incomplete. I’ve had to get the owners out twice to find out things that should’ve been gone over in the initial walk through. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
