nickpayro, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your feedback regarding pricing and the rental car issues of late. We wanted to mention that in regards to pricing, we will never be the cheapest option as we have to do all repairs by Mercedes-Benz OEM specs and guidelines inclusive of their parts in most cases. While you typically can find services cheaper elsewhere, we provide the peace of mind of knowing it is done correctly and with warranty. With regards to the rental car situation, we empathize with you here as we wish we could have 3-5x the loan cars available, but with inventory so short, we can't get enough units to suffice the needs so we have a few week wait for a loan car. We look forward to when the supply chain and chip shortage issues level out and allow us to better stock our loan car fleet. We look forward to better serving you moving forward and we're always here to assist. Best wishes!
