Good work, easy check in, I really like the text/online communication and approval and payment. Check out was not good. You put it all on the service advisor which caused a delay because he had multiple cu communication and approval and payment. Check out was not good. You put it all on the service advisor which caused a delay because he had multiple customers he was helping. I paid online before picking up my car so you should have let the valet take care of getting my keys and car. More
