This is the second Mercedes that my family has bought from Jon from MB of Plano, and we have been treated excellent both times. It was extremely busy the day we came in to buy our last car, 2012 C250, a from Jon from MB of Plano, and we have been treated excellent both times. It was extremely busy the day we came in to buy our last car, 2012 C250, and Jon had several clients at the same time, but he worked with us on whatever we needed and gave us a loaner to go to eat while we were waiting on paperwork so we didn't have to just stand around. There were a few minor problems that came up a few days after taking the C250 home, but Jon quickly worked diligently with us to get everything taken care of to our total satisfaction and even brought the car back to us so that we didn't have to make another trip out to Plano. Jon is very knowledgeable of all of the Mercedes cars and was very thorough in walking us through all of the different "gadgets" on our new cars and answering all of our questions.
