I was down visiting family and had been looking at MB. Norman took care of all my requests and more. He made this whole experience very special because of his attention to detail, his wanting to take care of me above and beyond what is expected. Norman Rivers is what MB is all about. It was his personalized attention and "caring" attitude which extended beyond the sale of the vehicle. I had to drive back to Seattle, WA and Norman gave me his cell phone to call him if I needed anything. He made sure the vehicle was ready to go and I even had to scratch the grill and he came to the rescue for that too. He had his friends in the Body Shop help me too. Those guys were great and gave me a pep talk. He called me a couple of times to check on me as I was driving home. I also had to call him about some questions I had with the MB. He is unlike any other dealer out there. Of course the type of vehicles he pushes can more or less sell themselves, but to us the car is just a perk in the experience. Mr. Gleason makes me feel like I got the best price possible and any thing I have a question about he had an answer for me. After the sell of the car you are given a service rep to take care of your needs with oil changes and such. Mr. Gleason gave us the best rep on the grounds, Mitzi Crenshaw. Be sure and ask for her. She has been able to fix my car out in the driveway for free! Your vehicle is very important to you and your family so you want someone honest to take care of it. One time $20 had fallen in between the driver seat and the console which we didn't even realize. The mechanic who serviced our car found it and told Mitzi and placed it in the cup holder for us. I enjoyed the ease to move around without the congestion. Lawerence King was diligent in his efforts with helping me order the vehicle of my choice and keeping me updated on the delivery status. I truly enjoyed him as a saleman. I enjoyed getting familiar with my 2015 SLK with the help of Heidi, and finally wrapping everything up with Mitch. He definitely made the money piece of it a little more tolerable and he's a Soldier...Army HOOAH!!!!
