Today makes 39 days and as I type this message, I have been given yet another excuse why my vehicle is not completed. Absolutely abserd! I have a list of text messages and excuses. Monday I just bought my wife a 2017 C300. But it wasn't from this Dealership. Will never allow this dealership to service any of my vehicles ever again. Not willing to negotiate, keep pressuring on a "deal" went in to look at some loaner leases, the guy told me he got a special deal for me ( yea right, the guy's never met me before and im getting a specia went in to look at some loaner leases, the guy told me he got a special deal for me ( yea right, the guy's never met me before and im getting a special deal from him on my first day there because im special, sure) when i asked about interest rate and fees and how they are too high he got annoyed and said i don't know how leasing works and the rate is already super low. ( they were not low, i did my research before hand and all the deals he presented to me were significantly marked up for profit.) he assumed i wasn't going to make a deal and got mad and cold shouldered me the rest of the convo, i left because i didnt want to put up with him anymore. Clearly this is because we probably looked as if we couldn't afford to be there but little did they know I was there to purchase my 4th mercedes, all previous being paid off in cash. Kind of sad that this is how people treat others. We decided to buy our Mercedes elsewhere and give our money to someone who deserved it. More
They wouldn't lift a finger to have Mercedes help cover work These guys stink. I brought them a 550SL that was 2 weeks out of the new warranty, but covered under the certified warranty. Daniel Adams and his lackey Zafar were worthless. Literally handed me a 1-800 number and made me deal with Mercedes for days trying to get them to cover the work. Daniel is lazy and incompetent, and shouldn't be anywhere near a luxury dealership. Zafar Vakani's biggest concern seemed to be over wether he could high gross me to change brake fluid. What a cast of clowns. Its the principles that let this nonsense happen. They dropped their name when they moved to Plano, but nothing really changed. The GM Kim Patterson was no where to be seen, but needs to come downstairs and pull this dealership out of the toilet. More

We were mislead, lied to, and received the "run around" before getting to the bottom of the problem, which came form an outside source. This dealership lacks good customer service, when problems arrive. Everything is good, until it's not! Unfortunately it has happened more than once at Mercedes of Plano. We will not be back! Our next Benz will be purchased elsewhere, along with our service. Joey C More

Dishonest & Sketchy described our experience Called here this afternoon to check availability of a used vehicle. Anthony Roach answered the phone & said he would check & call me back but he knew some was test driving it earlier. He called me back within 15 minutes & he said yes it is still available, asks so when can you be here & I told him within an hour. He said he would pull it offline for us (AKA hold it) & I called my husband who left work, came home immediately & we were there within an hour as I said we would be. We got there, Anthony Roach shows us the car, has us take it for a test drive, we fall in love & then he has us go in his office where he then comes back with another sales manager who tells us he took a deposit on it WHILE we were there test driving it!! Did I mention it was our first wedding anniversary?!?! Oh also my husband doesn't get paid when he's not working. We only decided to go down there because Anthony Roach said he had taken the car offline for us as long as we were there within an hour. What a terrible thing to do to someone. They told us it happens all the time because they are selling 200 - 300 cars at a time & they can't know what everyone else is working on. Terrible terrible customer service from a Mercedes Benz dealership! Real Classy! To their credit they did offer us 2 alternatives priced $10k over the vehicle we came to look at. How thoughtful!! More
