No loaner car while car being serviced, shuttle driver was suppose to take me to work in 20 minutes, came 45 minutes later. Pick up was suppose to be at 5:30 after numerous calls with no answer , he came at 6:30 and said the good news is I’m here now. Really..., that’s a lie bar for good news. When checking out the clerk interrupted closing my ticket out while she talked to a coworker who interrupted the transaction. When I got my car back the settings were changed . I had to go back to have the service agent try to figure out how to reset them. The world didn’t end but I expected better. More

Premium Brand, Premium Service My AMG needed a warranty repair and the part had to be ordered from Germany. Because it was a fuel line, MB Plano could not release my vehicle to me My AMG needed a warranty repair and the part had to be ordered from Germany. Because it was a fuel line, MB Plano could not release my vehicle to me (safety concerns). I was given a loaner vehicle for over the month it took for the part to arrive, they kept me updated as to progress, and promptly repaired and returned my vehicle as soon as the part arrived! It is wonderful to see a dealership exemplify the excellence that this brand’s DNA demands and deserves. High praise for Service Advisor Stephen Wolston! More
