Took for ever to get my car back as i stood outside and froze , they told me they are short of valets. Then the car came out as disgusting as i brought it in, i ask and they say the car wash was broken...hand wash the god xxxx thing with an old school hose god dammit..it looked like trash and i drove all the way for this servicing with that wash in mind! Real pissed customer.! I think they lazy here More

Not worth for the price you pay Agree this is a Mercedes show room but they haven’t cleaned/vaccumed my car all the times i have taken it to service. I know its complimentary service Agree this is a Mercedes show room but they haven’t cleaned/vaccumed my car all the times i have taken it to service. I know its complimentary service but do a better job in cleaning. We pay a lot for servicing and hopefully get few things back. The servicing was good and labor very expensive. More
